  2. Now take a bowl add curd whisk the curd,add sugar and oil and whisk until smooth batter is made.
  3. Add the fine suji to this batter in proportion to avoid lumps, mix well & cover it and keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Preheat the cooker by adding salt in it.Place a stand inside the pressure cooker and put the lid on without the gasket rubber & no whistle. Switch the gas onto high heat for 10-15 mins.
  5. In a another bowl take tutti frutti and coated it with one tsp of wheat flour.
  6. After half an hour in suji batter add vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda,1/4 cup warm milk to make flowing consistency of the batter & add coated tutti frutti & mix it well.
  7. Pour the batter in prepared cake tin, decorate it with coated tutti frutti & place it in preheated cooker for 40 minutes on medium flame.
  8. After 40 minutes check the cake with a knife. If the knife comes out clean means cake is baked properly if not you can bake it more for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Allow the cake to cool down then loosen the edges using the knife.
  10. Tap the cake tin over a plate to unmould. The super yummy suji cake is ready to eat😋.
