- In a mixing bowl add vegetables, egg, salt, pepper, flour & milk. Mix all the ingredients properly.
- In a pan brush a little bit of oil on medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoon of batter in pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until light golden brown in color. Repeat with remaining batter.
