  2. Make ready 1 cup all-purpose flour

Steps to make Egg Paratha:
  1. In a bowl break two eggs. Add salt, chopped onion, chopped green chilli and grated ginger. Beat the mixture properly.
  2. In other large bowl, take the flour, salt and one tbsp of oil. Mix well. Knead a soft dough with water. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into balls. Take one ball, roll it into a thin sheet or chapati. Place it on hot tawa. After few second flip the chapati. Add the egg mixture in the centre. Then fold the paratha from all the four sides.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minute on low flame. Press it gently. Add oil, fry for 1-2 minutes. Flip the paratha. Cook it on low flame until the paratha start to puff up or fully cooked from both sides.
  5. Take it out from the pan. Do the same for rest of the paratha. Serve hot with pizza sauce.
