- Boil rice and drain out completely and keep it aside
- Chop all the vegetables, put a kadai on high flame, add oil put chopped ginger, garlic and green chili, stir it for a while add vegetables one by one, keep the flame high, cook it for a minute openly then add salt, Ajino moto, red chili flakes, pepper and origano and stir it for a while then add vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce then add boiled rice and stir it for a minute.
