- Wash the rice with warm water add it into a pot cook with little amount of water under a very low heat
- Wash all your veggies

- Remove the pre cooked rice on fire and allow to cool
- Add margarine or oil in a non stick pot and put on fire
- Add d onion and fry for 2 min then add scotch bonnet and diced carrot
- After like 3 min add d red pepper,fried rice seasoning,curry,black pepper and maggi cubes
- Add the cooled rice step by step and fry for 10-20 min by continually stirring it
- Add d diced green pepper and add a little amount of water and cover it to cook for 5min under very low heat
