Steps to make Chicken Tikka fried rice:
- Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add all the ingredients except mustard oil, cream and butter.
- Mix well, add the mustard oil and cream. Mix really well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius. line a baking tray with foil. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on the foil. Cook for 10 minutes. Turning once in between. After 10 minutes baste with melted butter.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add chopped garlic and onion. Saute on high heat till light golden.
- Now add the chopped bell peppers. Mix.cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add the rice, garam masala, salt, chili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well. Garnish with chopped green onions green. Serve hot. Yummy fusion Punjabi Chinese is ready.
