- Soak rice for an hour.. After 1 hour heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and salt than add water..(it should be double of rice).. Once the water starts boiling add the soaked n drained rice.. After adding the rice when it starts again boiling low the flame and cover the rice for 10 mints.. Rice is cooked now let them cool..
- Heat oil in another pan add Cumin seeds than add the chopped beans and carrot and cook them after 4-5 mints add salt and black pepper and peas than again cook them for more 3-4 mints..
- Once the vegetables are cooked add rice and mix well.. Add soya sauce and again mix.. Fried rice is ready..
