- Take 1/2 packet Delmonte spaghetti pasta
- Prepare 4 tsp Butter
- Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves
- Take 2-3 tsp onion powder

- Boil the half packet of spaghetti pasta in a deep vessel with 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp oil. Leave it for about 10 mins and then take out one strand to check if it is cooked properly. Strain out the excess water and keep the spaghetti aside.
- For the sauce, heat a wok and add 4 tsp of butter. Once the butter melts add finely chopped garlic to it and cook on simmer so that the butter gets the essence of garlic. After 2-4 minutes, add approximately 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper. Add 1-2 tsp of salt (adjust according to taste). Add approximately 2 tsp of onion powder in the butter and mix well, don’t let it form lumps. Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. To this add the oregano and chilli flakes according to taste.
- Once the sauce is ready, put in the boiled pasta and mix nicely. Don’t do vigorous mixing that might split the spaghetti into two. Once the mixing is done you can serve it hot on a plate.
